I've been painting all my life but have not been able to see a full spectrum of colors. After two cornea transplants in the summer of 2021 - I am now learning my basic colors all over again. Flesh tones are challenging but I'm experimenting with blends with the help of my family.

Watercolor portraits have always been my focus and medium. The blends and subtleties are infinite. I've recently stared using the 140lbs and 300 lbs cold press paper which makes the colors pop. You'll notice more tones in my current work compared to my archive pieces when I could only see blue and yellow.
